My points journey started small, saving a little money on trips to visit friends. Then, in 2016 I started using points to take trips I never thought I would be able to, and I've been hooked ever since.
What I love most is teaching clients how to use what they have to create the ultimate experience, whether that's making their trip more affordable or more luxurious. My team and I work collaboratively, learning how you like to travel, then getting into the details that will make your trip truly special.

My travel philosophy
Points are meant to be used. They're permission to travel better than you'd let yourself otherwise. Whether it's improving your hotel room, extending your stay, or upgrading to business class, I love finding situations where a small amount of points can unlock experiences that would require a much larger amount of cash. That's the whole point: upgrading a great trip into one nobody forgets.
A mistake that taught me a lot
When I bought my wife's engagement ring, I put it on a cashback card, and almost immediately regretted it. Right after, I started seeing the trips those same dollars could have unlocked in airline miles. It stung, but it taught me the lesson I now pass on to every client: think about what your upcoming spending could become before you spend it, not after.

My best redemption: a family of four lie-flat seats to Lisbon for about 45k points each. We all arrived rested, and my five-year-old still talks about the white-tablecloth dinner.
